The fastest way to test potential Comp Plan components is to work through alternative scenarios: What if we do this? Or this? Or this? What combination of strategies is best for addressing the goals we’ve set for community health and prosperity?
We’ll do the exploring together over two days of presentations and meetings. Everyone’s invited.
Wednesday, September 24
10 a.m. – Special topics for County elected officials and staff
1 p.m. – Topics of particular concern to area Chambers of Commerce
3 p.m. – Simultaneous meetings focusing on: Real estate development/construction topics; and regional transportation
Thursday, September 25
9:30 a.m. – Concerns of local and regional advocacy groups (water issues, affordability, community health, etc.)
1 p.m. – Issues related to utilities and water
3 p.m. – Parks & environmental issues
Join us for our two-night series of key public meetings for focusing ideas to shape the Comp Plan:
Wednesday, September 24, 6-8 p.m. and
Thursday, September 25, 6-8 p.m.
Traditional food and refreshments will be served from 5-6 p.m. for meeting participants.
